Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 16, 2026
Welcome to BloxMulti. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the BloxMulti desktop application ("the App") and our website.
1. Information We Collect
BloxMulti is designed as a standalone, local Windows desktop application. We prioritize your privacy and collect minimal data.
- Local Data: The App stores your widget layouts, saved private server links, and settings locally on your device. We do not transmit this local data to our servers.
- Telemetry and Analytics: We do not track your usage, nor do we collect analytics or telemetry data remotely.
2. Account Authentication & Premium
To access Premium features, BloxMulti allows you to sign in using your Google Account. When you use Google Sign-In, we only collect the minimum information required to verify your subscription:
- Email Address: Used as your unique account identifier to link and verify your Premium status.
- Basic Profile Information: Such as your name, provided securely by Google during authentication.
We use this information strictly for account management. We do not use your email for marketing purposes, and we do not share your personal information with third parties.
3. Google Drive Synchronization
BloxMulti offers an optional Cloud Sync feature that utilizes your Google Drive to store application backups. To provide this service securely and with maximum privacy, we use the "appDataFolder" scope:
- Restricted Access: BloxMulti only has access to a hidden, application-specific folder on your Google Drive. We cannot see, read, or modify any other files or folders in your personal storage.
- Local Encryption: All data (including accounts and settings) is encrypted locally on your machine using your private password before being uploaded. We do not have access to your encryption password and cannot decrypt your data.
- Direct Connection: Your data is transmitted directly between your device and Google's servers. At no point does your backup data pass through or reside on our servers.
4. Third-Party Services & Libraries
- Roblox: BloxMulti interacts with the Roblox client to allow multiple instances. BloxMulti is not affiliated with, maintained, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
- Microsoft Edge WebView2: The App uses WebView2 for its user interface, which may involve standard Microsoft diagnostic data collection as governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
- nlohmann/json: The App utilizes this open-source C++ library for local configuration parsing. It operates entirely offline and does not collect or transmit any user data.
5. Data Security
Your general data (widget settings and configurations) resides solely on your local computer. We do not host central databases for your local configurations. The only data stored on our secure servers is the minimal account information (like your email) required to verify your Premium status.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new features. We will notify users of any significant changes via updates to the application or our website.
